Terms Of Business & Your Privacy

We reserve the right to change any services, product prices, product specifications and also availability at all times. All prices and descriptions replace all previous publications.. We cannot guarantee that colors and details in images are accurate representations of the product.

Stock

Stock availability information on the website is the latest updated record but may not be totally current and does not guarantee that stock is available. Delivery dates and stock due in dates do not form part of any contract with us and we cannot be held liable for any losses whether direct or indirect if your order is delayed or not delivered by any dates that may have been given by us.

Errors and Omissions Excepted (E&OE)

Every care is taken to ensure descriptions and measurements are accurate, however slight variations may occur. Packaging may also vary from that shown. Colour reproduction is as accurate as photographic and printing processes will allow.

Glass Items

Glass items could have slight imperfections caused by the thermal process during creation. This can be considered a distinguishing feature of the craftsman work, which makes each piece unique.

Guarantees & Warranty

Our products are intended for use in a domestic, private, residential setting only and we provide no guarantees for their suitability outside of this. In particular we do not provide any guarantees if they are used in a commercial, public or contract environment.

All products carry a first year Manufactures Guarantee however; this does not cover accidental damage or misuse of the item. If the product is taken outside of the UK it will invalidate the warranty.

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send an email confirmation to you that we have dispatched that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the dispatch confirmation email to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a dispatch confirmation email to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.

Quality Lounge Suites shall under no circumstances be held liable for any losses special to the particular circumstances of the customer, indirect or consequential losses or for loss of profits, damage or property or wasted expenditure.

Payment

All prices quoted are in British Pound Sterling and include VAT but exclude delivery charges.

Your debit or credit card is charged for the whole amount of the order when the order is created. The card may be refunded for the value of any items cancelled on the order at any time up until when we dispatch the items to you. If the entire order is cancelled and no items are dispatched then any charge for handling and/or delivery will also be refunded.

Cancellation & Returns

Cancellation by Us - We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we do not have sufficient stock to fulfill your order or if we do not deliver to your area.

We do not accept returns of good unless the product is faulty or damaged and this has to be notified within 5 days of receiving the item.  Once the item is received back to Quality Lounge Suites then a new item will be sent out.

Items returned must arrive in perfect condition, where possible including the packaging, so please ensure that they are packed well.

Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.

Privacy

The personal information that Quality Lounge Suites collects from you is used to operate our business and improve our service to customers.

By supplying us with your email address you are allowing us to keep in touch when you place an order (order confirmation), when we have despatched your order to you or to deal with any possible queries you may have with your order.

We will also use it to alert you to special promotions such as web only sales and customer evenings and keep you up to date with new promotions or services.

If you do not wish to receive these marketing emails please email your customer number to sales@qualitysuites.co.uk or call 01923 227200 and we will make sure we don’t email you about these things.

We require a telephone number when an order is placed. This is to allow us to contact you when delivering an order or dealing with any queries you may have. If you supply us with a mobile number we can also alert you by text when your goods are ready to be dispatched and let you arrange delivery by text plus we can send you details of special offers we may be running.

WE NEVER COLD CALL OR PASS ON EMAILS OR TELEPHONE NUMBERS.

Storage

Free storage is available in the Quality Lounge suites warehouse for a period of two weeks from the date of arrival. Should you require storage for a longer period of time a fee of 2% on the invoice total will be charged on a weekly basis thereafter.
